About NDC

NDC Communications, LLC is a commercial construction company whose primary clientele exists in the cellular-wireless communications construction industry. Our construction division serves traditional markets as well including civil, commercial facilities, and residential homes utilizing a staff of highly skilled heavy equipment operators, masons, foundation layers, framers, carpenters, engineers, and master electricians.

Incorporated in 2003, NDC was formed by Nancy Curtin as the principal proprietor providing oversight for the office, financial reporting, and business infrastructure. Her son, Brian Curtin, is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner providing oversight for all field operations, direction, and development of the business. Under Curtin’s leadership, NDC has been firmly established as a leader in the communications construction industry throughout New England.

NDC is headquartered at a 20,000 square foot office and warehouse facility in Bangor, Maine. Our truck fleet, trailers, and heavy equipment are maintained at our 15,000 square foot facility in Etna, Maine. Our investment in properties and resources ensures that we can provide “one-stop” services for our tower and commercial construction clientele.

Today, NDC operates with three distinct divisions: Civil-Construction, Communication Towers, and Electric Services. It is our pleasure to serve as your Wireless Communications Contractor, your General Contractor, your Sub-Contractor, your Master Electrician design and implementation provider, your Engineer for WiFi networks, and IT troubleshooter.
